Delivery partners, technology suppliers and other ecosystem participants can propose an API or device integration when it creates a clear operational benefit for shared customers.

Who can collaborate?

The route is open to new specialists and existing stakeholder partners with a specific, testable use case.

Delivery partnersDispatch, capacity, tracking, proof, exceptions and settlement references.
Hardware and device providersPOS peripherals, scales, printers, scanners, displays, gateways and device management.

A practical API partnership path

Custom work begins with the shared customer problem—not with unrestricted system access.

1. Define the use caseStakeholders, workflow, markets, expected benefit and system ownership.
2. Review security and dataAuthorisation, tenant isolation, consent, retention, GDPR and least-privilege scope.
3. Map and testSandbox access, schemas, webhooks, error handling and acceptance criteria.

Questions

Technology partnerships with controlled access.

Which hardware providers fit this solution?

Examples include POS peripheral, scale, weighing-machine, scanner, printer, label, touchscreen, KDS, digital-display, network, IoT gateway, sensor and robotics providers serving restaurants, suppliers or grocery retailers.

Are payment terminals included here?

General POS hardware and peripherals belong here. Regulated payment-terminal acceptance, acquiring, gateways, wallets and payouts use the separate Payment Solutions Provider pathway.

Can an existing delivery partner request a custom API?

Yes. A partner can propose a defined use case such as dispatch, capacity, tracking, proof of delivery or exception synchronisation. Approval depends on customer benefit, security, available APIs and implementation scope.

Does listing a device mean it is automatically compatible?

No. Compatibility requires technical review, supported interfaces, security assessment, any required certification and successful testing. The page does not imply endorsement or universal interoperability.

What information can an integration access?

Only the minimum approved tenant, workflow and data scope. Role-based access, consent, contractual responsibility, GDPR obligations and operational monitoring must be defined before launch.
